When are the prices in the Ratu costs and CO2e program updated?
The prices are updated in the program once a year, always in spring, at the beginning of April.
Are the costs in the program inclusive or exclusive of VAT?
The prices are exclusive of VAT. The program displays the total price inclusive of VAT in the summary at the top and in the report.
Will projects be deleted if I cancel my licence?
When you cancel your Ratu costs and CO2e licence, the projects remain associated with your user account. The projects will not disappear or be deleted, but you will not be able to access them without a valid licence.
How do I transfer a project to another user?
To transfer a project to another user, open the project and select Additional functions from the top row. Under Additional functions, you will find Send project, after which you enter the user ID of the person to whom the project will be transferred.
I have a lot of projects and sometimes it is difficult to find them. How can I find projects more easily?
If you have a lot of projects, you can make searching easier by arranging the projects according to their creation date. The program also has a Find project search field, which can make searching easier.
