The service provides comprehensive access to contract documents prepared and jointly approved by the industry for every stage of construction.
The service contains both electronic document templates and PDF documents.
You can identify:

What types of documents are available in the service?
The Contract forms service provides the construction and property sector with more than 400 document templates, covering the entire lifecycle of construction. The service content has been produced in cooperation with key industry organisations and experts.
The service contains the following types of documents:
1. Contracts (approx. 150)
Examples:
- Examples: Construction contract, property management agreement, consulting agreement, lease agreement, request for construction bids
- English, Swedish, and Russian versions are also available

Updates are made according to the schedules of committees and partner organisations so that the content reflects current industry needs and legislative changes.
Following the entry into force of the new Building Act (751/2023), the content of the documents was updated during 2025, and the update work is still ongoing.
