How do I manage folders in the Contract forms service?
Documents can be saved either in personal folders or in company folders, which other users under the same customer account can access.
The administrator can restrict access rights to company folders if it is necessary to limit who has the right to view and process forms in a specific folder.
What is the role of the Contract forms service administrator?
The administrator of the Contract forms service can be specified in Licence Management. The Contract forms service administrator can define access rights for Company folders, meaning that they can grant access only to specific users for specific folders.
If this administrator has been separately specified for the customer account, other administrators cannot modify the folder access rights.
Can I give another user editing rights only to a specific folder?
The customer account administrator can set access rights for folders. The user's role can be set to either "user", in which case they have access to the folders but cannot create folders in them, or "administrator", in which case they can create new subfolders within the folder.
