Rakennustieto licence subscriptions are managed in licence management. Licence subscriptions can be managed only by the main user of licence management. Licences include various Rakennustieto online services as well as digital books.
Licence Management > Customer Details > Manage Subscription
Click the Manage Subscription button at the end of the service you want to manage. The subscription management view will open. How you manage the subscription depends on whether the licence was purchased by credit card or by invoice.

In the management view, press the Contact Customer Service button. A contact details page will open, from which you can fill in the service cancellation form or contact customer service for other matters.
