Cancellation of Rakennustieto's licence services and other services with an indefinite duration:
According to the agreement, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current contract period, provided the contract has been terminated at least thirty (30) days before the start of the new contract period.
Billing Customer
Fill in the form: Service Cancellation if you wish to end your subscription to Rakennustieto's services.
Please also state the reason for the cancellation.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancellation notifications via email.
Credit Card Customer
