Rakennustieto Licence Management centrally manages all users and access rights for Rakennustieto licence products.
As a basic user, you manage your own user information; email, phone number and change your password. You can also see all the main users of your company as well as the licences you have in use. Read more in the article How do I update my own information?
As the main user of your organisation’s licence management, you manage, among other things, your organisation’s licence access rights, add new users, edit user roles and update the group account password. Read more about main user duties in the article Main User Duties in Licence Management.

How do I access licence management?
You can access Rakennustieto Licence Management by first logging in via the rakennustieto.fi site. After successfully logging in, you can go to your personal homepage by clicking the red button "Oma etusivu" in the top bar. There, in the top right corner, you will see your organisation’s name and your own name. By clicking the menu arrow and selecting My information, the site will direct you to licence management.
I am logged in but cannot access licence management. Why is this?
First, check that you are logged in. The top right corner of the page should display your organisation’s name and your own name.
If the site denies you access to licence management, you are likely logged in using a group account or IP identification. For security reasons, these login methods do not allow access to licence management.
If you yourself act as the main user of licence management, log in with your personal main user account to manage licences or users.
