The license management administrator’s task is to centrally manage users and license access rights.
Administrator tasks include:
- User management, i.e. creating new user accounts and deleting old ones
- Access rights management, i.e. defining license access rights per user or per group
- Managing registration requests, i.e. approving new users for the account
- Order management
- Maintaining company contact details
- Changes to user roles
- Updating the group account password
Please note; if your organisation uses SSO login, not all administrator tasks apply to you. User management, managing registration requests, or updating the group account password tasks do not apply to your organisation in this case.

How do I create a new user for the account?
You can add a new user to your own account from the Licenses and users section. Click the Create user account button to add the new user’s details.
How do I delete a user?
You can delete a user from the account via the Licenses and users section. Click the user’s details from the menu arrow next to the user, then press the red Delete user account button.
What is an access rights group?
An access rights group is used to grant and restrict the use of a specific license to a certain group of users. You can create your own access rights group, for example, by product or department, such as one for designers or one for the RT card index. An access rights group therefore restricts license access when the access is not intended to be granted to the entire organisation.
How do I create a new access rights group?
You create a new access rights group in the Licenses and users section. Select Access rights groups > Create access rights group and name it as you wish.
After creating the new access rights group, click Open next to the group and add the desired users and licenses to the access rights group.
Managing registration requests
When a new user registers, they are not automatically added to the organisation’s existing account. The user sends a registration request. When the registration request is sent, an approval request for the user appears in the Registration requests section.
Licenses and users > Registration requests > Approve or reject the request.
The registration request is sent to all license management administrators assigned to the organisation’s account.
Note! Does not apply to those logging in with SSO, group account, or IP login.
Managing license orders
You can manage license orders via Account information > Manage order. Read more in the article Managing license orders.
