In license management, all users logging in with a personal ID can update their own information in the My Information section. The information that users can update themselves includes their own name, email address, phone number, and password.
Requesting Access to a License
In the My Information section, users can also see which licenses they have access to and, if necessary, request access to licenses used within the organisation. A new access request is made by clicking the Request Access button. This will send an email to the organisation’s license management administrator requesting that access be granted to the specified license.
