How do I log in to Rakennustieto services?
Log in to Rakennustieto services via the rakennustieto.fi page by selecting Log in to the services. If you do not have a username, you can register by selecting Register. Read more in the article Logging in to Rakennustieto services and changing your password.
Ordering a service
All Rakennustieto services can be found in the Services section of the rakennustieto.fi page. Please note that services can only be ordered by a user who has the "Order Manager" role in licence management.
On the Services page, you can filter products using the menu on the left side of the page or search for a specific service by typing the service name in the search field.
After selecting a service, you must choose the licence type. Rakennustieto services use three different licence types. Please note that the available licence types may vary depending on the product.
- Personal licence: For personal use, price is based on the number of users
- Organisation licence for companies: Licence for use by the entire organisation, price is based on turnover
- Organisation licence for municipalities: Licence for use by the entire organisation, price is based on population
After selecting the licence type, you can add the service to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart, you can still review the selected products and enter a coupon code if you have one for the order. When the contents of the shopping cart are correct, select Continue to customer details.
On the Customer details page, you can review the order information. Mandatory fields are marked with a *. Once all required fields are filled in, select Continue to payment.
Payment and invoicing for an order
You can pay for the order either immediately by card payment or later by invoice. There are two invoicing options: e-invoice and email invoice. After selecting the payment method and accepting Rakennustieto Oy’s general terms and conditions, you can pay for the order.
Card payment: Enter your card details and pay for the order. The licence will activate automatically and you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Invoice: Enter the billing details and finalise the order. The licence will activate automatically and you will receive an order confirmation by email. The invoice will be sent within a few working days using the invoicing method you selected.
Managing a licence order
Rakennustieto licence orders are managed in licence management. Licence orders can only be managed by the main user of licence management. Licences include various Rakennustieto online services and digital books.
